Tour Itinerary :
Day 01 Jakarta Hotel – Gunung Halimun Birding Tour ( B,L,D)
Early morning at 4 AM, you will be picked up at Hotel in Jakarta by our bird tour guide, then we drive direct to Gunung Halimun by private car, arrival at Gunung Halimun, check in at Cikaniki and birding around Cikaniki resort. Night birding will have a beautiful experience where we will find for Javan scop owl, Javan frogmouth and also Salvadori’s nightjar.
Day 02 Gunung Halimun Full Day Birding Tour ( B,L,D)
After early breakfast and morning coffee at the lodge, we will do for full day birding tour at Gunung Halimun and we hope to see rare of Zebra woodpecker, Spotted Crocias, White-breasted, White-bibbed and Crescent-chested Babblers, Javan Trogon, Bar-winged Prinias, Melodious Bulbul, Dark-backed Imperial Pigeon, Sumatran Green Pigeon, Javan Sunbird, Pygmy Bushtit, Brown-throated and Flame-throated Barbets, Javan Bulbul, White –bellied fantail, Banded Broadbill, Eye-browed Wren Babbler, Javan Leafbird, Pale blue flycatcher, Streaky breasted spidehunter, Pin-tailed Parrotfinch and maybe Endangered Javan Hawk Eagle.
Day 03 Gunung Halimun Birding Tour – Jakarta Hotel ( B,L,)
After early breakfast and morning coffee at the lodge, check out and morning birding around the tea plantation and also around Citalahab, we hope to see Javan hawk eagle, Striated grassbird, Long tailed shrike, maybe Chesnut bellied patridge, Javan flowerpecker, Sunda forktail, Blue –whistling thrush, Crimson sunbird, Javan sunbird, Orange-breasted flowerpecker, and many others. After lunch, we drive back to Jakarta hotel. End of birding trip Gunung halimun.
